Finances and Funding

Applicants are advised to check whether financing could be provided by local, national or other sources. Furthermore, there are some possibilities to get German individual scholarships.
The international M.Sc. WATENV is part of a selected group of international postgraduate programmes that benefits from a special funding scheme (EPOS) offered by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Fully-funded scholarships for young professionals from developing countries with at least 2 years working experience are awarded each year, the deadline for application is September 30th of the previous year.

Qualified candidates from least developed and developing countries should send their applications through the Permanent Representatives of their respective countries with WMO (using the Fellowship Nomination Form).
